Oscar winner Matt Damon has unloaded his expansive North Bay Road mansion at a significant discount from what he was asking just a year ago.
Public records show the two-lot property in the 6000 block of North Bay Road sold for $15.38 million Dec. 12 to Patrick Markert, head of Atlanta-based lender Amerisave Mortgage Corp. No financing was recorded in the transaction.
