While set to grant several million dollars worth of stocking stuffers just after Christmas, Miami city commissioners are scheduled to vote Monday on another deal for Miami Worldcenter that sets lower local hiring goals than a previous agreement.

Meeting as the board of the city’s Southeast Overtown Community Redevelopment Agency, commissioners will be asked to discuss two million-dollar grants to Overtown restaurant owners, hundreds of thousands in grants to nonprofits and a raise for the agency head.
