A plaintiff in a civil trial who had his case thrown out because of alleged threats to shoot an adviser to the other party has obtained a reversal at the Third District Court of Appeal.
The plaintiff, Victor Lerner, appealed an order by Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Norma Lindsey that imposed sanctions for litigation misconduct and a partial final judgment on liability.
