Joshua Kaye has been named managing partner of DLA Piper’s Miami office, replacing bankruptcy litigator Craig Rasile, who helped launch the firm’s Miami office in 2011.
Kaye is co-chair of DLA Piper’s U.S. 100-attorney health care sector and concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and the development of innovative business models in the industry. He joined DLA Piper in 2012 with a group from McDermott Will & Emery.
