A federal magistrate showed his love for classic rock in the case of a criminal defense attorney suing for wrongful arrest at Miami International Airport.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman’s order issued Monday on attorney Jason Wandner’s request for sanctions stated: “If the well-known, vinyl-era rock bands Bad Company and Blind Faith had merged to form a super group, then the hypothetical new band might have been called Bad Faith.”
