Jonathan Minsker, a partner at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, has moved from the firm’s New York office to become co-managing partner of its Miami office.
The Miami native specializes in complex commercial litigation. Over the past 20 years, Minsker has prosecuted and defended cases on behalf of private equity firms, real estate developers, hedge funds and other commercial clients.
