Frank Spinosa, the former TD Bank executive who was indicted as a co-conspirator in Scott Rothstein’s massive Ponzi scheme, has been barred from the banking and securities industry.
U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra in Fort Lauderdale on Monday approved a consent agreement reached between Spinosa’s lawyers and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
