U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Olson slapped prominent Miami attorney Lida Rodriguez-Taseff with an interim sanction barring her from practicing in the Southern District of Florida’s bankruptcy court for 90 days.

Rodriguez-Taseff was one of two Duane Morris partners facing sanctions in a complicated and increasingly contentious bankruptcy and ownership dispute over the shuttered Fashion Mall in Plantation.
