Seven South Florida attorneys have been disciplined by the Florida Supreme Court, and one wanted by the FBI has been disbarred.

Michael Ralph Casey of Oakland Park was disbarred in absentia after he was charged in a $20 million investment fraud. He was charged in September 2012 with federal conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. He failed to appear for a hearing April 29, 2014, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. The FBI wanted poster indicates Casey “should be considered armed and dangerous.”
