Details: A fatal car crash involving a 10-year-old boy and a Girl Scout leader four years ago ended with a jury holding the Port Charlotte Methodist Church largely responsible for the child’s death.
Ten-year-old Younique Miller was playing with friends and riding his bike near the church playground Feb. 1, 2011. He was riding across a driveway in the church parking lot around 6:30 p.m. when a pickup struck and killed him.
