Siding with the local plaintiffs bar, U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno will appoint five lead counsel and two liaison counsel to oversee the consolidated Takata air bag case in Miami federal court.
In an order issued late Tuesday, Moreno said any lawyers interested in serving as lead counsel on the potentially lucrative multidistrict litigation case should apply by March 6 listing legal experience and financial resources.
