Gov. Rick Scott has appointed two new Miami-Dade County Court judges—Laura Anne Stuzin, a lawyer at Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, and Diana Vizcaino, a city of Miami assistant city attorney.

Scott announced his new judicial picks late Thursday. Stuzin replaces Judge Rudy Ruiz, who moved to Miami-Dade Circuit Court in November 2014. Vizcaino replaces Gladys Perez, who left the bench in November 2014 to join Shutts & Bowen.
