The Florida Supreme Court sided Thursday with smokers suing leading cigarette makers in a pivotal dispute over jury instructions.
The court sided with the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami and against the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, which review cases from the busiest trial courts hearing smoker cases.
