Details: ZhiWei Huang, 23, of Lehigh Acres was killed while delivering Chinese food to an apartment complex in Fort Myers. His family reached a $3.25 million settlement with the property owner and manager.
Huang was fatally shot in June 2012 at the Westchase Apartments, developed and run by the Tampa-based Wilson Co. He’d emigrated from China about three years before his death, attended community college and worked at his family’s restaurant.
