Acquitted Miami Lakes Mayor Michael Pizzi won a speedy victory Friday from the Third District Court of Appeal in his bid to retake his old post.
After hearing arguments Wednesday, an appellate panel affirmed a trial court order allowing Pizzi to serve the balance of his term as mayor, but it’s uncertain when that might happen.
