Naples Community Hospital defeated a discrimination case.
Jose Loyola, who was terminated from his security guard job by Naples Community Hospital Inc. in July 2009, alleged he was discriminated against based on race. Loyola alleged the hospital had unjustifiably assessed disciplinary points against him.
