Miami-Dade jurors found prominent developer Don Peebles fraudulently misrepresented himself when he failed to pay commissions to real estate broker Dora Puig on sales at the tony Bath Club development in Miami Beach and awarded her $423,000 in damages.
Puig has been fighting Peebles for commissions on $43 million in sales at the development for nine years, said her lawyer, Michael Schlesinger of Schlesinger & Associates of Miami.
