Gov. Rick Scott has signed legislation making it illegal to post “revenge porn” on the Internet, making Florida the 18th state to do so.
The legislation was pushed by a coalition including the Miami chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle and the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project.
