President John F. Kennedy’s Winter White House in Palm Beach commanded $31 million in a sale to a powerful New York real estate family.

The former president’s family used the private oceanfront estate at 1095 N. Ocean Blvd. as a winter home for more than 60 years, earning it the presidential moniker during JFK’s stint in office. Their often-photographed grounds sprawl across an acre and feature a 15,347-square-foot compound with 11 bedrooms, a tennis court and pool.
