A famed South Florida litigator has purchased a penthouse unit in Fisher Island’s newest condominium building.
Jim Ferraro, who built a national reputation in the 1990s for successfully representing plaintiffs in mass torts, has scooped up a 6,644-square-foot unit at Palazzo Del Sol, which is under construction, according to a spokeswoman for the developer.
