Caribbean Cruise Line Inc. might escape its F rating from the Better Business Bureau of Palm Beach County after the Fourth District Court of Appeal revived its lawsuit Wednesday.
The Fort Lauderdale cruise telemarketer scored the BBB’s lowest grade after it was evaluated on 13 factors including unresolved consumer complaints and compliance with arbitration decisions or mediated settlements.
