Former FBI supervisory special agent and general counsel Carlos Zaldivar has been named GC for the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority.
Before joining MDX, Zaldivar directed legal operations for the FBI in South Florida and Puerto Rico. His responsibilities included advising agency supervisors and executive management involved in the coordination of 10 command post operations.
