Foreclosure defense attorneys representing homeowner Vilma Violetta Martinez want Senior Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jon Gordon thrown off the case after he determined their client lied repeatedly during trial.
Attorneys Bruce Botsford and Mark Pomeranz represent the Miami woman, who came out on the losing end of a foreclosure suit by Bank of New York Mellon last month when Gordon struck all her defenses and answers, then ruled in favor of the lender.
