As he tries to lead his hometown Cleveland Cavaliers to an NBA championship, LeBron James is reportedly letting go of one of his last ties to Miami.

James has inked a contract to sell his Coconut Grove mansion for $15 million, several news outlets have reported. The sale has not been recorded.
