Miami and Key Biscayne elected officials found common ground on seemingly just one thing Tuesday after a three-hour meeting on potential development of Miami’s Virginia Key. The meeting was largely worthless.
“We did not accomplish anything,” Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado said. His counterpart in the village of Key Biscayne, Mayra Pena Lindsay, said the meeting yielded “not as much as should have been accomplished.”
