Residents of the swanky Residences at the Bath Club in Miami Beach should soon be able to enjoy poolside drink service under a Third District Court of Appeal ruling issued Wednesday.

The court affirmed an arbitrator’s decision, which found the Bath Club developer didn’t provide promised amenities to buyers in the 107-unit condominium tower built in 2005 next to the 1937 members-only beach club. Residents were told their units would come with amenities including access to the clubhouse.
