Miami-Dade County’s ethics watchdog declined to sanction County Mayor Carlos Gimenez for discussing the future of the picturesque Key Biscayne golf course with developer Donald Trump.
The Ethics Commission absolved the mayor of any wrongdoing, declaring their discussion during a round of golf didn’t amount to improper lobbying.
