Boca Raton-based Tyco Integrated Security LLC is set for trial this month in a $42 million civil negligence case after thieves stole thousands of boxes of prescription drugs from an Eli Lilly and Co. warehouse.

The pharmaceutical giant’s insurance company claims in its federal lawsuit that Tyco and its former subsidiary, ADT Security Services, failed to protect confidential information about the Enfield, Connecticut, warehouse’s security vulnerabilities.
