A proposal to allow lawyers from other states to practice in Florida without taking the state Bar exam is creating a firestorm throughout the state.
The proposal is to be discussed but not voted on at Friday’s Florida Bar Board of Governor’s meeting at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.
