The popular Miami River eatery Seaspice has settled another multimillion-dollar lawsuit against it brought by a California hedge fund investor.

A California hedge fund named Drever Capital Management had sued the restaurant more than a year ago in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, seeking to foreclose on a $2.5 million loan and seeking 30 percent equity in the restaurant.
