Like just about everyone from Golden Beach to Florida City who doesn’t own a helicopter, R.J. de Varona has a rather dim view of Miami-Dade County’s transportation policies.

“Nobody in their right mind gets into a bus in Miami,” de Varona told the Daily Business Review. “People are fed up with the traffic, fed up with the transit. And yet we don’t have the infrastructure at the level of other cities.”
