Even with months of preparation, planning a construction milestone at a luxurious Miami condominium project came down to the proverbial 11th hour.

Gregg Covin, one of the developers of the One Thousand Museum residential condo project at 1000 Biscayne Blvd., told the Daily Business Review that setting the foundation Friday and Saturday involved not just addressing logistics for the better part of 2015, but required troubleshooting permitting up until shortly before the cement started flowing.
