Hollywood and a developer suing the city are both claiming victory in a multimillion-dollar rezoning suit.

GSK Hollywood Development Group LLC, an affiliate of Chateau Group and K Group Holdings, won a $1.5 million verdict against the city Friday. But it failed to convince jurors the City Commission abused its powers and violated the developer’s constitutional rights—a charge that could have generated a $40 million windfall.
