The buyers of LeBron James’ former Miami pad are happy with the $13.4 million mansion, but they needed a few months to make sure.

Timo Kipp, owner of the landmark Mayfair in the Grove mixed-use center, told the Daily Business Review on Thursday that he’s been living at the house in Miami’s Coconut Grove since June when he signed a contract with a back-out option “so we were sure we liked the house.”
