BankAtlantic didn’t always ensure there was proper documentation for transfers made from NFL players’ accounts, a former branch manager testified Tuesday in Miami federal court.
“We know now that there was documentation missing,” acknowledged Philip Fitzpatrick Jr., who worked for the bank from 2005 to 2012.
