Nearly a year after leasing 85 percent of a building under construction to the Akerman law firm, the developer of Miami’s sprawling Brickell City Centre project has rebranded the building as an office tower.

Swire Properties Inc. said Wednesday it was renaming the 12-story tower from Brickell City Centre Green to Three Brickell City Centre in the $1.05 billion, 5.4 million-square-foot complex.
