Extending a string of large dispositions in South Florida, insurance giant MetLife has sold four office buildings in Miramar for $82 million.
Four companies tied to Starwood Capital Group of Greenwich, Connecticut, bought the two-building Huntington Centre at 2801 and 2901 SW 149th Ave., and the two-building Miramar Centre at 3401 and 3601 SW 160th Ave. Broward County records show New York’s Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. was the seller in the deal that closed Aug. 31.
