The landmark Mary Brickell Village retail center in the heart of Miami’s financial district has sold for $113.5 million.
Public records show a company linked to Dallas-based Rockpoint Group LLC bought the open-air lifestyle center at 900 and 901 S. Miami Ave. from Quebec-based Ivanhoe Cambridge. The transaction includes 525,154 square feet on 5.2 acres. The deal, which closed Tuesday, values the space at $216 per square foot.
