A partner at Holland & Knight specializing in real estate, land use and government, Slavens is currently working on winning zoning approvals for Lennar Homes’ Grand Bay at Doral. The plans include 2,046 residential units and a charter school on a 240-acre parcel of land; Flagler Development Group’s Ludlam Trail, a mixed-used project planned for 6.2 miles of an abandoned railway corridor that will have up to 2,400 residential units; and Baptist Hospital of Miami’s expansion of its main campus that will add a hotel, conference space and a state-of-the-art Cancer Institute.
