When dealing with the issue of unpaid interns, employers may feel like no good deed goes unpunished. Child stars turned fashion moguls, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are learning this lesson the hard way.

A former intern for the Olsens’ Dualstar Entertainment company filed a federal lawsuit in New York last month, claiming she and other interns worked 50-hour weeks, doing the same job as regular employees but without pay. The Olsens are just the latest in a series of high profile targets of intern lawsuits.
