About 120 people attended a Florida Bar forum Friday on the controversial issue of reciprocity in Tampa, with the overwhelming majority against the proposal to allow out-of-state lawyers to practice in Florida without passing the bar exam.

Only three of 25 speakers spoke in favor of reciprocity, including Karen Scanlon, president of the Military Spouse JD Network, who flew from Chicago to argue for reciprocity for military members and spouses.
