Add the 3,000-member Florida Justice Association to the growing chorus of voices opposing reciprocity proposals proposed by a Florida Bar committee.
The FJA, a Tallahassee-based organization representing Florida’s plaintiffs lawyers, issued a resolution Sept. 22 opposed to reciprocity and admission by motion, two proposals that would allow out-of-state lawyers to practice in Florida without passing the Florida Bar exam.
