One of South Florida’s most prominent class action plaintiffs lawyers, Robert “Bobby” Gilbert, is joining Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg Gilbert, which made him a name partner.

Gilbert joins the 42-lawyer Fort Lauderdale firm from Grossman Roth, where he worked for nearly five years, spearheading its class action and complex business litigation practice. He will work in Kopelowitz Ostrow’s Coral Gables office and lead a national class action and multidistrict litigation practice.
