Two Colson Hicks Eidson attorneys won an $11.5 million verdict for two women whose car was hit by an alleged drag racer.
The driver “was speeding through a residential neighborhood in our community and caused life-threatening injuries to two young women,” said lead plaintiffs attorney Courtney Engelke. “The defendants decided not to appear in court, and this case was tried so that a jury could finally make the defendants accountable for the injuries they caused.”
