Most of us confronted bullying in grade school. According to a number of studies, most of us are now seeing or suffering from bullying at work, and it is affecting employee health and workplace productivity — both issues of concern to employers.

Washington state’s Labor Department has a webpage dedicated to preventing workplace bullying. The bullying “phenomenon” is being used by unions to support unionization efforts.
