A state appeals court on Wednesday struck down a ban on Internet posts in an anti-stalking injunction obtained by a Miramar police officer against an African-American neighbor he ticketed for a seat belt violation.
The Fourth District Court of Appeal affirmed the rest of the injunction prohibiting Patrick Neptune from coming within 500 feet of Miramar motorcycle officer Philip Lanoue’s home and damaging his property.
