A foreclosure case devolved into a fight between opposing counsel when one accused the other of running a scam and representing clients who never hired him.

Roger Rathbun, an attorney in Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Lauderdale office, challenged Mark Stopa of the Stopa Law Firm in St. Petersburg in their latest encounter. The attorneys have a history with Stopa claiming Rathbun attacked him in a parking lot following a routine hearing in Brevard County about two years ago.
