One of two teams of lawyers who successfully attacked Florida’s same-sex marriage ban is seeking $457,219 in fees and costs.
The request filed last week with U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle covers trial and appellate court litigation going back to Feb. 28, 2014, when the lawyers challenged Florida’s gay marriage prohibition in Tallahassee federal court.
