For the last two years, Jabil Circuit Inc. has been on an acquisition binge to diversify the company beyond electronics manufacturing, buying up companies like Nypro, maker of plastic injection parts with a strong foothold in the health care industry. In July, the company announced it was looking to make 13 acquisitions.

Handling the large volume of deal flow is Jabil’s 11-member merger and acquisitions legal team led by Jerry Miraglia, a corporate attorney with 30 years of experience. He joined Jabil in May 2014 after leaving Miles & Stockbridge, a Baltimore law firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 500 companies.
