As the in-house lawyer for Plaza Construction Group of Florida LLC’s Miami office, Lindsay Levin is constantly dealing with a myriad of legal issues arising from her company’s complicated construction projects. Plaza is one of the most active general contractors in South Florida. Its clients include the developers of the Icon Bay, Marea, One Ocean, the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach and 1000 Museum, among many others.
“The toughest aspect of my job is responding to personnel questions at all levels from on-site construction management to office administration in an expeditious and thorough manner,” Levin said. “Also, because most construction projects have time constraints, it is essential to give immediate and well-reasoned advice in order to ensure the continuity of a project. I strive to meet these demands on a daily basis.”
